PDG acquired the historic Garman Theatre, Hotel Do De, and Cadillac Building in downtown Bellefonte, PA, after the three properties were ravaged by fire. After demolishing Garman Theatre and Hotel Do De, PDG developed the 21-unit Garman House of Bellefonte Mews, which also features about 6,000 SF of retail space. PDG also restored the Cadillac Building, now known as the Cadillac House of Bellefonte Mews, which added an additional 11 units of workforce housing. These two buildings make up the Bellefonte Mews Development.

 

Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, Bellefonte Mews brings a brand new level of comfort and convenience to apartment living. The 32-unit complex is in close proximity to I-80, US-220, the YMCA, Centre County Library, and Tallyrand Park. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes feature fully-equipped kitchens, large closets, and provide access to a fitness center, community room, and clubhouse.
